Guarantees and Maintenance

Consideration has also been given to the price of spare parts for the future maintenance requirements of the appliance. The boilers we recommend come with a range of guarantees from 2 – 7 years, covering parts and labour.

All installations are assessed and designed by ourselves free of charge.

Once installation is complete, we will register the guarantee on your behalf and also notify the installation to Gas Safe, who will register it with the Local Authority Building Control and a certificate of compliance will be posted to you.

Landlord Certificates

We can install, repair & service all general gas appliances and also provide Gas Safety inspections and certificates for landlords.
