Landlords Gas Safety Inspections and Certificates

We are regularly employed by landlords and managing agents to work in rented accommodation, safety checking, servicing and maintaining gas appliances to help you fulfil your legal obligations under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.

Our office is staffed during business hours, to provide you with information and advice and to liaise with yourself and your tenants, organising gas inspections or dealing with routine breakdowns and repairs to your gas appliances.

We contact tenants by phone, text, email or letter to arrange appointments and report back to you with our recommendations for the continued safety of gas appliances at your properties.

We hold information relating to your properties electronically, providing you with:

• Safety record renewal dates.
• Annual reminders for gas safety checks.
• Full history of service and maintenance to each appliance.
• Details of spare parts or appliances fitted, for guarantee purposes.
• Copies of safety records or invoices for your information.
